By fostering a sense of community and respect within our properties, we aim to create environments where our residents feel valued and at home. Hello, I’m Ben Bolog, the President of the Alliance Property Owners. I was born and raised in Alliance, Ohio. I’m the owner of, a five-generation family-owned transportation company, US Coach Tours. Im also the owner of Mechanic Reality which is an affordable housing company and home restoration service.

Hello, I'm Paul Billig, and I've been a property owner in Alliance since 2022. I have a lovely wife, 2 kids, and a dog. I have rehabilitated 5 properties across Alliance, Canton, and Sebring so far. I walked away from teaching this year to pursue real estate full-time. I am happy to be a member of the APO board.

Hello, I am Jenny Skolosh, owner of Acorn Rentals. I have been a housing provider for 35 years. Being a property owner has been in my family for many generations. I’m a wife to Mark Skolosh and a mom to many beautiful children. Outside of being a business owner, I enjoy fishing, cooking, and spending time with my kids. My goal as a landlady is to ensure that my tenants always have the essentials for a safe and livable home.

Hello, I’m George Vasu, a seasoned and passionate housing provider for 25 years. After two decades of balancing dual careers, I’ve transitioned into full-time property management and am wholly dedicated to improving APO by providing comfortable homes, ensuring residents’ needs are met in a timely fashion and properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Trustee | Doug Cunin
Doug Cunin, owner of Franklin B. Riley Trust, LLC, has been in the property management business for over 20 years. Growing up in a family property management household, Doug worked many years alongside his mom and dad supporting their family’s rental properties. In 2017, Doug started Franklin B. Riley, providing positive senior living solutions in Alliance. Doug, his wife, Andrea, and their two children, Greyson & Laynie, enjoy camping, boating and relaxing outdoors in their spare time.

Hello, I’m Lloyd Burt. I am a retired veteran from the US Navy’s Submarine Force where I served 21 years, 4 active and 17 Reserve, I am also a Journeyman Millwright and have an AAS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Stark State. I have been married to my wife Paula for 40 years and have two wonderful children and 3 grandchildren. I have been a housing provider since 1999 and I’m currently winding down my career giving me more time to attend to the business of the Association. I am Tracy Whaley married to Dennis Whaley; we are a dedicated couple committed to providing affordable housing in the community. As professional housing providers, we understand the importance of creating safe, comfortable, and budget-friendly homes for our residents. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to quality housing without breaking the bank. Over the years, we've built meaningful relationships with our tenants, always striving to meet their needs and ensure their satisfaction. We believe that a home is more than just a place to live; it's a foundation for a better life.

Hello, my name is Lana Mullet. I was born and raised in Alliance and graduated from Marlington. My husband and our two beautiful daughters continue to reside here and raise children. I know that expenses have gone up tremendously for everyone, but our goal has always been to provide safe and affordable housing to the residents of Alliance and surrounding areas. I am dedicated to helping the residents while working with the City of Alliance and the APO for a greater, safer and beautiful Alliance. I am proud to serve as Trustee for this great organization.
